Practice

1Cut ginger and garlic into small pieces, cut millet and chili into small circles, wash squid and cut into flower knives, wash clams and fresh shrimp and set aside.

2Heat up the wok and pour in oil. Stir fry until fragrant with ginger and garlic.

3Pour in fresh shrimp and clams and stir fry together.
